Your Portrait Session — Step by Step
Firstly we lock in a date and time that works for you and your family. Most sessions will not take longer then a couple of hours, however, if you are planning a newborn shoot we recommend you set aside at least three hours which will allow extra time for feeding and nappy changes!
What you wear to your session is totally up to you and can depend on whether you are having a studio or location shoot. Although either way, something nice and casual always works well!
Once your session is complete editing will take place. This could take up to a few weeks but we try our best to turn your images around as quickly as possible. Once editing is complete we will arrange a time for you to come into the studio and view your edited images — these will include the best shots of the day in both colour and black & white!
Last but not least, over a nice cup of coffee we view your images! It's now time for you to choose which images you would like printed and in what sizes. Development of your prints will take approximately one week and can either be posted or collection arrangements made.
